Job message queue for batch job can not be extended.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The size of the job message queue for &3/&2/&1 reached the maximum size while the job was being submitted. No more messages can be sent to the job message queue. The maximum size is defined in the JOBMSGQMX value of the job description used by the job. The JOBMSGQFL value for the job does not control the action taken because the job is not active.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following:
- Increase the the size of the job message queue for the batch job. This is controlled by the JOBMSGQMX job attribute in the BCHJOB command and in the job description used for the job.
- Reduce the number of commands in the batch job. It may be necessary to split the batch job into two or more smaller batch jobs.
Submit the job again.
