Error trying to create log version &2 for system log &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A critical error occurred while trying to create log version &2 which could prevent placing log information in data base files.
Recovery . . . : See the SCPF job log for more error messages that indicate the cause of the failure. If the log was created but only warnings exist, there is no problem. If the log was not created, enter the power down system command:
PWRDWNSYS *IMMED
or force IPL to recover.
