Cause . . . . . : The shift-in and shift-out value of double-byte character set is not valid.
Recovery . . . : Specify a valid shift-in and shift-out value for the double-byte character set and then try the request again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The valid values are:
-- Y Insert shift-in and shift-out characters.
-- N Do not insert shift-in and shift-out characters.
-- G Graphic data type, do not use shift-in and shift-out characters.
