Object &2 type *&5 not renamed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The object &2 type *&5 cannot be renamed at this time. The message queue or output queue associated with this device must also be renamed, but could not be at this time.
Recovery . . . : Use the WRKOBJ command to verify that the user is authorized to the message queue (work stations) or output queue (printers). Use the WRKOBJLCK command to check if the work station associated with the message queue is being used by another process. Use the WRKOBJLCK command to see if the output queue is being used by another process. Wait for the other process to complete, or change the user authority for the message queue or output queue, then try the request again.
