Channel entries cannot be changed if CALLCTL(*THIRD) is specified.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The channel entries cannot be changed for NWIs using third party call control. The D-channel is the only channel entry used by NWIs using third party call control.
Recovery . . . : Do not specify CHLENTRY on the CHGNWIISDN command if the NWI is used for third party call control. If you need to change the LIND used by the D-channel, you must delete the LIND (DLTLIND command) and then create a new one (CRTLINNET command).
