Cause . . . . . : When TOMBR(*FROMMBR) is specified for a nonlabeled tape file, the name of the member containing the copied data is created using the tape sequence number. When the sequence number is 99999 or less the name is CPY followed by the 5 digit sequence number. When the sequence number is more than 99999 the name is CP followed by the 8 digit sequence number. In both instances the number is padded with leading zeroes if necessary. The member can be renamed using the RNMM command.
