Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : File &1 in library &2 is a program-described printer file. A member name can only be specified on the TOMBR parameter when the to-file is a data base, diskette, or tape file.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following, and then try the request again:
-- Omit the TOMBR parameter.
-- Specify a data base, diskette, or tape file on the TOFILE parameter.
