COMPRESS(*NO) not valid for specified files.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Both the from-file &1 in library &2 and the to-file &3 in library &4 must be physical files when COMPRESS(*NO) is specified. If the the from-file is delete-capable then the to-file must be delete-capable and it cannot be a distributed file.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following, and then try the request again:
-- Specify COMPRESS(*YES).
-- Specify a physical file on the from-file parameter that is not delete-capable.
-- Specify a physical file on the from-file parameter and a delete-capable, non-distributed physical file on the to-file parameter.
