FROMKEY and TOKEY not valid for from-file.

Cause . . . . . : The values on the FROMKEY and TOKEY parameters cannot be used because from-file &1 in library &2 does not have key fields.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following, and then try the request again:
-- Omit the FROMKEY and TOKEY parameters.
-- Change the from-file to a file with key fields.
