INCCHAR position and character string not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Either the starting position and the length of the character string for field &4 is greater than the defined field length &6 or no comparison data was specified for the character string.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following, and then try the request again:
-- Change either the starting position or the character string.
-- Change the field name.
-- Specify at least one character in the character string.
-- For DBCS-graphic fields, specify a shift-out ('0E'x) character before and a shift-in ('0F'x) character after the DBCS (Double Byte Character Set) data.
-- For DBCS-graphic fields, specify the DBCS character position in which to begin the comparison.
