INCCHAR starting position and length too long.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The starting position and length of the character string specified on the INCCHAR parameter cannot be longer than the record length &4 in the from-file &1 in library &2.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following, and then try the request again:
-- Change the starting position on the INCCHAR parameter to a smaller value.
-- Change the character string on the INCCHAR parameter to a shorter character string.
-- Change the name on the FROMFILE parameter.
