The copy did not complete for reason code &2.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The Copy From Import File (CPYFRMIMPF) command, or Copy To Import File (CPYTOIMPF) command could not be completed for reason &2. The reason codes are:
1 - The TOFILE is a DDM file and commitment control is active with registered resources.
Recovery . . . : Do the following for the reason code:
1 - Take the appropriate action and retry the command:
-- Specify a local file as the TOFILE.
-- End commitment control or wait for commitment control to end.
-- Remove all registered resources.
