RCDFMT(*ALL) not valid for file &1 in library &2.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : When specifying CRTFILE(*YES), only a single record format is allowed. When copying to an existing file, FMTOPT(*CVTSRC) or FMTOPT(*NOCHK) must be specified.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following, and then try the request again:
-- Specify the name of a record format in the from-file on the RCDFMT parameter.
-- If the to-file exists, specify either FMTOPT(*NOCHK) if the files are the same type (source or data) or FMTOPT(*CVTSRC) if they are not the same type.
