Printer file &1 in library &2 not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : If the to-file is a printer device file, it must be a program-described file instead of an externally described file.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following, and then try the request again:
-- Change the to-file name.
-- Specify TOFILE(*PRINT) for a printed listing of the records in the from-file.
