Remote to-file in DDM file not found.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The remote file &3 identified in the distributed data management (DDM) file &1 in library &2 was not found on the remote (target) system.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following, and then try the request again:
-- On the TOFILE parameter, specify a DDM file that identifies a remote file that exists.
-- If the from-file is a physical, logical, or a DDM file, use the Copy File (CPYF) command and specify *YES on the CRTFILE parameter to have the to-file created.
