To-file overridden to file that does not exist.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The to-file was overridden to file &1 in library &2. When an override file is used, the file must exist. The file cannot be created even if CRTFILE(*YES) is specified.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following, and then try the request again:
-- Delete the override (DLTOVR command).
-- Change the override file to an existing file.
-- Change the to-file name on the copy command.
