*FROMMBR not valid for from-file and to-file.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : TOMBR(*FROMMBR) or TOLABEL(*FROMMBR) not allowed because the to-file &3 in library &4 requires a member or label name, but the from-file &1 in library &2 does not have a member or label name.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following, and then the try the request again:
-- For the CPYF command, either specify a member or label name on the TOMBR parameter, or omit the TOMBR parameter.
-- For the CPYTODKT command, either specify a label name on the TOLABEL parameter, or omit the TOLABEL parameter.
-- For the CPYTOTAP command, either specify a label name on the TOLABEL parameter, or omit the TOLABEL parameter.
