Both to-file and from-file members are the same.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A physical file member cannot be copied to itself. To-file member &3 in file &1 in library &2 is the same as the from-file member.
Recovery . . . : Either specify a different from-file member or a different to-file member. Then try the request again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : If a generic from-file member name or *ALL is specified, the to-file member cannot be the same as any of the members in the from-file. If specific from-file and to-file member names were used, or if TOMBR(*FROMMBR) was specified, the member may not exist.
