Cause . . . . . : The logical from-file member &3 in file &1 in library &2 cannot be copied to the physical file member &6 in file &4 in library &5 because it is based on that to-file.
Recovery . . . : Change the from-file member or the to-file member. Then try the request again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : If a generic from-file member name or *ALL is specified for a logical from-file, no to-file member can be the same as any physical file member it is based on.
