Value not valid for INCREL field.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The numeric, date, time or timestamp value is not valid for INCREL field &5 in record number &6 in member &3 in file &1 in library &2. The from-file record field value is not valid for the INCREL parameter for one of the following reasons:
-- A zoned or packed decimal field contains a sign or digit value that is not valid.
-- A floating-point field value is an *NAN that is not masked.
-- A floating-point field value is a masked *NAN, and the INCREL value for the field is not either *EQ nor *NE.
-- A date, time, or timestamp field contains data that is not valid.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following, and then try the request again:
-- Correct the from-file record to ensure field &5 contains a valid numeric, date, time, or timestamp value for INCREL processing.
-- Omit any relation from the INCREL parameter that specifies field &5.
-- If field &5 is a floating-point field and the error was caused by a masked *NAN value, change the INCREL value to either *EQ or *NE.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The error occurred on from-file record format &4 and member number &7. For a physical file, the member number is always one. For a logical file, the member number indicates which physical file member it is based on that contains the record that caused the error.
