Error clearing member &3 in file &1 in &2.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An error occurred while trying to clear the file member &3 in file &1 in library &2.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following, and then try the request again:
-- See the messages previously listed. Correct the errors.
-- Specify MBROPT(*ADD) to add records to member &3 without clearing the member.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : When MBROPT(*REPLACE) is specified and the to-file is a physical file, each to-file member is cleared before records are copied.
