KEYFILE(*NONE) cannot be used with RCDFMT.

Cause . . . . . : If the RCDFMT parameter is specified, the KEYFILE(*NONE) parameter is not allowed.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and try your request again:
-- Remove the RCDFMT parameter.
-- Specify the KEYFILE(*LIST) parameter.
-- Specify a keyfile name other than *NONE in the KEYFILE parameter value.
