Unable to submit the restated question to the remote database.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Question &1 was not submitted to the remote database because errors occurred during remote processing. A copy of your remote restated question is stored in the local database. The item identification is &2.
Recovery . . . : Contact your remote database owner to resolve the error condition. After the condition is resolved, delete the remote question &1 using the Work with Questions you Asked (WRKQST) command, and then use the Answer Question (ANSQST) command to forward question &2 to the remote to the remote system. If you are not authorized to use this command, either see your question and answer coordinator for authority or submit a new question.
