Not able to submit remote question &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Question &1 was not submitted to the remote database because errors occurred during remote processing. A copy of your remote question is stored in the local database. The item identification number is &2.
Recovery . . . : Contact your remote database owner to resolve the error condition. After the condition is resolved, use the Answer Question (ANSQST) command to forward the question to the remote system. If you are not authorized to use this command, either see your question and answer coordinator for authority or submit a new question.
