Database &1 not loaded because IBM supplied database already loaded.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : You are requesting to load an IBM supplied database that has already been loaded.
Recovery . . . : Insert a tape or diskette with the database you want loaded, and specify SPDDB = *NO on the command parameter, *YES for the replace parameter (REPLACE). Resubmit the command.
