Output file &1 in &2 not correct for command.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : For Save System/36 File (SAVS36F) command, the output file (PHYFILE parameter) must be a physical file with a record length of 256 and cannot be a source file.
For Restore System/36 File (RSTS36F) command, the output file must be a physical file with a record length between 1 and 4096.
For Save System/36 Library Members (SAVS36LIBM) command the output file (PHYFILE parameter) must be a physical file with a record length between 40 and 120 and cannot be a source file.
For Restore System/36 Library Members (RSTS36LIBM) command, output files QS36SRC and QS36PRC must be source physical files with record lengths between 52 and 132 output files QS36SBR and QS36LOD must be physical files with a record length of 256.
