Cause . . . . . : For Restore System/36 Library Members (RSTS36LIBM) command, the input file (PHYFILE parameter) must be a physical file with a record length of 8 or 256 (indicates a sector-mode LIBRFILE file) or a record length between 40 and 120 (indicates a record-mode LIBRFILE file), cannot be a source file and must contain library members saved using either the Save System/36 Library Members (SAVS36LIBM) CL command or the FROMLIBR or SAVELIBR procedure on the System/36.
