Record length is not the same as the existing file &1 in library &2.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : When you attempted to create a file, existing file &1 in library &2 was found to have a different record length.
Recovery . . . : Either delete the existing file (DLTF command) or create the file in a library that does not contain a file named &1.
