Cause . . . . . : The creation date of &3 used when file &1 was created is not valid. It must be in the form YYMMDD, where YY is the last two digits of the year, MM is the month (01 through 12), and DD is the day (01 through 31). The file was created in library &2 with the current system date which is &4.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The creation date of &3 was taken from the file description of the file when it was saved.
