Unable to automatically vary on APPC controller for LAN connection.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The system is trying to bring up a connection for controller &1; but it is varied off. Also, the remote system address specified in controller &1 does not match the system address for the incoming call.
Recovery . . . : Run the following command: CHGCTLAPPC CTLD(&1) ADPTADR(&2) DSAP(&3) SSAP(&4). Then, vary on controller &1.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The system found APPC controller &1 while trying to automatically configure a controller description for a LAN connection; but its remote system address does not match the LAN address for the incoming call. The controller can be used for the connection; but because it is *USER controlled, the system will not change it and vary it on.
