Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Either device &4 is not varied on, or the printer, file &2 in library &3, or library &3 is currently in use.
Recovery . . . : Make sure device &4 is varied on. Wait until the printer, print file &2 and library &3 are available, and then try the request again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : You may be attempting to print directly on device &4. SPOOL(*NO) may be specified for file &2 in library &3 or the file may have been overridden to SPOOL(*NO). You can avoid printer contention by overriding file &2 to SPOOL(*YES). If the printer is *PRINT, your default printer is currently not available.
