File definition &1 cannot be deleted.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The file definition drop function can only delete a file definition in a data dictionary that was created by Structured Query Language (SQL).
Recovery . . . : Specify a file definition created by SQL, and then try the request again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : File definition drop can only delete file definitions created by SQL. This file definition was created by one of the following:
-- IDDU.
-- ADDDTADFN commands
-- Migration from System/36.
