Cause . . . . . : You are trying to do one of the following:
-- Select key fields, but the file definition has more than one record format.
-- Add a record format, but the file definition contains key fields.
A file definition for a keyed physical file may contain only one record format definition.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following:
-- To select key fields, select only one record format definition.
-- To select more than one record format definition, remove the key fields.
