Dictionary &1 in error.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An internal error has been detected for data dictionary &1. The data dictionary cannot be used. If you are creating or restoring data dictionary &1, this message is sent when the library already contains a dictionary in error.
Recovery . . . : Do one or more of the following, and then try the request again:
-- See the messages previously listed.
-- Delete date dictionary &1 in library &1.
-- Restore an earlier copy of data dictionary &1 using the RSTLIB command.
-- Create data dictionary &1 again.
