Data dictionary &1 is full.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The maximum number of definitions has been used. No more definitions can be added to dictionary &1.
Recovery . . . : Copy the definitions in the current data dictionary to a new data dictionary.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : Deleting definitions will not allow additional definitions to be added to the data dictionary. Definitions in the dictionary are associated with a unique numeric internal ID. The maximum number of internal IDs is 99999999999. When a definition is deleted, the associated internal ID is never used again. To recover all the lost internal IDs which then allow additional definitions to be inserted into the data dictionary, all definitions in the current dictionary must be copied to a new dictionary.
