File &2 exists but is not linked.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : You are attempting to create or enter data into file &2 in library &3. A program-described file with the name &2 already exists in this library. Because the file is not linked, it does not appear in the list of files shown on the Work with Database Files display. You cannot create a database file with the same name as any other file in the library. If you are attempting to enter data into a file, you can only work with program-described files when they are linked.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and then try the request again:
-- Verify that the name of the file is spelled correctly.
-- Try a different name.
