Start key position &1 splits field &2.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The file and the file definition cannot be linked. The file is an indexed file. The key field for the file starts at position &1. A record format definition used by the file definition does not correctly define the position of field &2; the starting position of the key field does not match the starting position of the field &2.
Recovery . . . : Verify that the record format definitions used by the file definition accurately define the types of records contained in the file. Make the changes as needed to the lengths and positions of field definitions that the file definitions record formats use. Then try the request again.
