Cause . . . . . : The specified file definition describes a logical file or a keyed file being created with an authority holder. Only physical files can be created. The file definition that you select must describe a physical file. If the file definition that you select has key fields, you cannot create a file that has an authority holder.
Recovery . . . : Specify the name of a file definition that can be used to describe a physical file and then try the request again.
