Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : System cross reference file QADBXREF in library QSYS is not available. The requested function cannot be done at this time for data dictionary &1. A time-out has occurred which may be the result of:
-- Too many requests for the file to process.
-- An error occurred in the system arbiter.
-- An enqueue request which could not be processed.
Recovery . . . : Try the request again. If the file is still not available, then do the following:
-- Do an initial program load (IPL) of the system, and then try the request again.
-- Use the Reclaim Storage (RCLSTG) command to recover auxiliary storage, and then try the request again.
-- If the problem continues, start problem analysis (ANZPRB command).
