File &1, type &3, not allowed with SYSTEM(&4).

Cause . . . . . : File &1 in library &2, type &3, is not allowed with SYSTEM(&4). For SYSTEM(*LCL), all file types except distributed data management (DDM) files are allowed. DDM files have no local fields to display. For SYSTEM(*RMT), only DDM files are allowed. For SYSTEM(*ALL), all files are allowed.
Recovery . . . : If the file is a DDM file, specify SYSTEM(*RMT) or SYSTEM(*ALL). If the file is not a DDM file, specify SYSTEM(*LCL) or SYSTEM(*ALL). Then try the request again.
