Attributes for return variable &1 not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The &1 return variable for the RTVMBRD command was defined with incorrect attributes.
-- For the DTASPCSIZ return variable, the attributes must be defined as either *DEC (15 0) or *DEC (10 0) (For compatibility reasons).
-- For the ACCPTHSIZ return variable, the attributes must be defined as either *DEC (12 0) or *DEC (10 0) (For compatibility reasons).
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and then try the request again.
-- Define the DTASPCSIZ return variable as *DEC (15 0).
-- Define the ACCPTHSIZ return variable as *DEC (12 0).
