Type &4 not allowed for &3 file &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The value &4 specified on the TYPE parameter is not allowed for &3 file &1 in library &2 because a data base type specification cannot be specified for a device file.
Recovery . . . : Either change the file name or change the value on the TYPE parameter. Then try the request again.
