TOTRCDS parameter value either missing or too small.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Either the TOTRCDS parameter value &5 for member &2 file &1 in library &3 is less than or equal to the &4 number of records already in the file, or the TOTRCDS(*NXTINCR) parameter was specified and the file was created with the SIZE(*NOMAX) parameter specified.
Recovery . . . : Specify a TOTRCDS parameter value that is greater than the number of records in the file. Then try your request again.
