Check constraint error processing member &2.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The operation being performed on member &2 file &1 in library &3 failed for check constraint &11. A read operation or copy function was attempted against a check constraint in check pending.
Recovery . . . : Use the CHGPFCST command to DISABLE the check constraint for the file. The read operation or copy function can now be performed. The CHGPFCST command can be used to ENABLE the check constraint for the file.
