File &2 in &4 cannot be synchronized with journal.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The system cannot synchronize data in member &3 of the journaled file &2 in library &4 with journal.
Recovery . . . : Use the restore object (RSTOBJ) command to restore the file. Then use the apply journaled changes (APYJRNCHG) command to apply the changes.
