File &1 not allowed in SQL collection &2.

Cause . . . . . : An attempt was made to create or move database file &1 with attribute &3 into library &2. However, library &2 is a Structured Query Language (SQL) collection that does not allow files with attribute &3. The file attributes and their meanings follow:
1 - Program described file.
2 - Logical file that is not an SQL view.
3 - Multiple member file that is not a source file.
Recovery . . . : Change the library name on the command to a library name that is not an SQL collection, or change the file name on the command to a file name that has attributes allowed in an SQL collection and try the command again.
