File &1 in library &2 not correct type.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The member name is &3 if it was specified. The error occurred for one of the following reasons:
-- The file is not a database file.
-- The file is a Physical File and the Add Logical File Member (ADDLFM), the Change Logical File Member (CHGLFM), or the Change Logical File (CHGLF) command was specified.
-- The file is a Logical File and the Add Physical File Member (ADDPFM), the Change Physical File Member (CHGPFM), the Change Physical File (CHGPF), the Change Source Physical File (CHGSRCPF), or the Display Record Locks (DSPRCDLCK) command was specified.
-- The CHGSRCPF command was specified and the file is not a source physical file.
-- The ADDPFM or CHGPFM command was specified with a Source Type option and the file is not a source physical file.
-- The file is local database file and the *RMT value was specified for the SYSTEM parameter.
-- The ADDPFTRG or RMVPFTRG command was specified and the file is not a database physical file.
-- The ADDPFCST or RMVPFCST command was specified and the file is not a database physical file.
-- A CHGPF command was specified with a Source File option (or an ALTER TABLE SQL statement was specified) and the file is not a non-source externally described physical file.
-- A CHGPF command was specified with a Node Group or Partitioning Key option and the file is not a non-source externally described physical file.
-- The ADDPFTRG command was specified with ALWREPCHG(*YES) and the file contains a DataLink field.
-- The DSPRCDLCK command or the QDBRRCDL API was specified and the file is not a local physical file.
Recovery . . . : Either change the file name or use a command for the type of file specified.
