Not enough storage to create file &1 or add member to file.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : There is not enough storage to create file &1 in library &2 or to add member &3 to the file. The storage that is needed is greater than the storage that is allowed by one of the following:
-- The machine storage limit.
-- The user profile of the owner of the file.
-- The user profile of the authority holder for the file.
-- The group user profile.
Recovery . . . : If previous messages indicate that the storage needed is greater than the machine storage limit, specify the STG(*FREE) parameter on the save object (SAVOBJ) command to free some storage.
If previous messages indicate that the storage needed is greater than the user profile storage limits, have more storage assigned to the user profile of the owner of the file, the authority holder for the file, or the group (MAXSTG parameter on the CHGUSRPRF command).
