Job holds &1 record locks.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The job has record locks held. If the job is suspended by either a transfer to group job (TFRGRPJOB) command or a transfer secondary job (TFRSECJOB) command, these locks may cause a delay in other jobs that access the same records. Suspending a job that is holding record locks is not recommended.
