Message : CPF3220
Cannot do operation on file &1 in &2.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Operation &6 was not performed on file &1 in library &2 because member &3 is either currently open or is closed with records that are not committed for commitment definition &4. The operation type and their meanings are as follows:
1 - Delete File (DLTF command).
2 - Remove Member (RMVM command).
3 - Rename Object (RNMOBJ command).
4 - Move Object (MOVOBJ command).
5 - Rename Member (RNMM command).
6 - Add Physical File Constraint (ADDPFCST command).
7 - Remove Physical File Constraint (RMVPFCST command).
8 - Change Physical File Constraint (CHGPFCST command).
Recovery . . . : Close the member, commit the records (COMMIT command), or rollback the records (ROLLBACK command). Then try the request again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The commitment definition identifier is &5.
